Payments to Companies Branch may be made by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Interac, certified cheque, money order
or personal cheque payable to the Minister of Finance. Personal cheques must include pre-printed name, address,
bank transit number and account number on the front of the cheque. Please do not send cash in the mail. You
cannot pay by Visa or Mastercard when using the mailed in service.

The Federal Goods and Services Tax does not apply to Companies Branch statutory fees.

N.B.A. $35.00 fee will be charged for any cheque returned as non-negotiable
